Checking in From Phuket, Thailand

Hey All,
Its Easter and we're in Phuket! The sun is shining and the beach is nice. Well we have finished up our time in Chiang Mai and are now in Phuket awaiting our van then boat ride for Co Jun (sp??), an island, where will do another week of english classes and outreach for kids. It is going to be another amazing week working with kids and explaining to them the amazing grace of Christ. What an experience to be in a non-christian country and be celebrating Easter. They don't even realize the significance of this holiday or that it even is a holiday! But we'll keep working till they do :)
The team is doing well. There has been some things come up and I ask that you pray for some our team members really hard. I can't go into specifics but some things are happening back home that we could use your prayers for. Thanks so much.
Last night we finished up our english camp with the kids with a parent night where we were able to share a little bit of the gospel with the parents as well as more with the kids. We've definitly formed some bonds in Chiang Mai and some have even exchanged email addresses! The Lord is truly at work in each on of us and its amazing to be a part of it!
Gotta run, but keep praying for us! Miss and love you all!!!

Checking in from Chiang Mai

Hey all
Well its been an amazing trip. Beyond what I can describe in the few minutes I have to type this. Just to keep you updated so far we've been teaching english classes to a group of about 50 Thai children and ministering to them. A few of them are connecting and understanding that Christ is king! In addition to the English classes we've visited two orphanages. One called Im Jai house meaning Full of Love. It is run by La Da a woman who has pretty much adopted 50 or so orphans and is raising them in a christian home to be Thailands future Christian Leaders. Today we visited the Agape Orphanage and that was amazing. It is obvious how well funded this orphanage is but its amazing how love needing the children are! Wow is all I can explain about all of Thailand!! More later, but I gotta run. Miss you all and keep praying for us and especially for the Thai people to have open hearts to Christ!!! Miss you all!
